The Landscape Yard Ltd cancellation and returns policy is in addition to your legal rights.

1. Goods Delivered To You
If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 30 days after delivery by getting in contact with us, either by telephone or email. This is subject to the following conditions;
a. The product/s supplied by The Landscape Yard must be unused, as new and as sold, in re-saleable condition and undamaged in the original product packaging.
b. Please note that only full packs of paving can be returned, as part packs will have been split and picked specifically for your order and are not re-saleable.
c. Any perishable, bespoke or organic products cannot be returned.
d. All cancelled orders will incur an administration fee of 25.00 + VAT to cover the time and cost of processing your order, payment and refund.
e. You will receive a full refund for the price paid less all relevant costs incurred including collection and re-stocking charges.
f. For all products including the full Stonemarket range there is a 30% re-stocking charge.
g. Collections are made by our pallet hauliers only and are charged at 60.00 + VAT per pack or pallet.

2. Out of Stock Goods
If you order a product either online, by phone or at the showroom and we find, for whatever reason, that we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, customers have the following options:
a. To wait for stock to become available. In this case your order will be placed on back order and as soon as the stock is available, we will notify you of this and arrange to despatch your order.
b. Choose an alternative product. Where we find we are out of stock of a particular product, you will be offered the choice of a suitable alternative product. If you choose the alternative product, you will be charged accordingly. Your original order will be amended and you will then be charged or refunded, subject to the current product prices along with any applicable delivery costs.
c. Cancel your order. You can cancel your order and we will refund your payment in full, excluding any card transaction fees. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days. You will not be charged any cancellation, re-stocking or delivery charges where we are unable to fulfil an order for the reason that we are out of stock.

3. Damaged Goods
If the product you purchase from us is damaged or faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. If you can see some of the delivery has arrived damaged, we ask you to sign for the delivery as 'damaged on arrival'. That way it will be easier for us to organise replacements, which is why it is important for you to inspect the delivery as much as you can before signing. Unfortunately, breakages can happen in transit and we will send out replacements as soon as we can. To help us, we recommend that you open all products and check exactly how many individual slabs are broken, take photographs of the breakages. You will then need to email us your photographs of the damaged product and list the dimensions and quantity of each item affected. Please send your email to Unfortunately, we cannot collect damaged or defective products. Customers are advised to dispose of any damaged product once replacements have been organised, unless we advise otherwise.

4. How to arrange a refund and collection
For all goods that are be returned, please email us at the earliest opportunity. We will confirm the amount to be refunded and arrange for collection of your goods, subject to this policy. Please note the following:
a. Only full packs of paving/stone products can be returned.
b. Collections are made by our pallet hauliers only. Collections will be made using an LGV equipped with a tail lift and hand operated pallet truck, therefore any item to be collected must be on a flat, level and firm surface (grass or gravel is not suitable) and easily accessible for the haulier to collect.
c. You will be advised by The Landscape Yard by email of the date of collection and must ensure that the goods to be returned are ready and in a suitable location.
d. If we are unable to collect a pack/pallet being returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of the unsuccessful attempt to collect the goods. This will be charged at 60.00 + VAT per pack or pallet
e. Once the goods have been received back to us, they are inspected for damage. You will be responsible for any damage/s incurred in transit returning the goods to us and this may affect the amount refunded.
f. Once the goods have been inspected, your refund will be processed. All refunds are made by BACS payment to your account and we will require your account details. All refunds are normally processed within 7 - 10 working days of the goods being received by us and inspected.
